Brand New Standalone engine wire harness for Volkswagen ALH 1.9L diesel engines. This is a PLUG AND PLAY ready to run harness for engine swaps. INCLUDES GLOW PLUG WIRING AND SWITCH.
This Harness is for 1.9L ALH engines found in 1999-2003 VW Jetta, Golf, and Beetle.

DASH WIRES FOR GAUGES(Optional):
Oil pressure and coolant temp signal wires -
Green/Green stripe wire is oil pressure.
White/Brown stripe and Purple wires are coolant temp.
Connect these wires to the oil pressure and coolant temperature gauges (See photos).
Brown/Yellow stripe wire is Tachometer signal.
White/Blue Stripe wire is the Alternator Exciter. Connect this wire to the battery warning lamp.
IGNITION POWER WIRE - 72"
This is the Bare YELLOW wire(see photos).
Connect this wire to the Ignition switch.
This wire needs 12V while the key is the in run and start position.
Main Battery Power cable - 48"
This is the large RED cable with eyelet.
Connect this wire to the positive battery terminal or power distribution box with supplied 60A circuit breaker.
Ground Cable - 48"
This is the large BLACK cable with eyelet. Connect this wire to a clean ground or the negative battery terminal.
This TDI Swap Harness CAN be used on engines with the 2003 (D) style #3 injector plug by using one of our Adapters.
These harnesses are made with %100 copper TXL/GXL high temp automotive wire. All circuits are fused.
