Brand new standalone engine wire harness for Volkswagen ALH 1.9L deisel engines. This is a PLUG AND PLAY ready to run harness for engine swaps. This Harness is for engines found in 1999-2003 VW Jetta, Golf, and Beetle TDI.
Package includes:
- 1 Stand alone wiring harness.
- 1 used OEM VW ECU with Immobilizer off and stock tune(OPTIONAL)

MAF Sensor connector - 72"

N75 Valve connector - 60"
Oil Pressure connector - Stock length

Coolant Temperature sensor connector(D style) - Stock length
Crankshaft Position Sensor connector - Stock length
Needle lift sensor connector(Rectangular style) READ BELOW - Stock length
Injection pump connector - Stock length

OBD2 Port(DLC) - 72"
Throttle pedal connector + Brake and Clutch switch wires(for cruise controll) - 72"
Connect the Red/Black stripe wire to the Brake light circuit.
Connect the White/Red stripe wire to the Clutch pedal switch.
INTENDED FOR NORMALLY OPEN BRAKE AND CLUTCH SWITCHES.
These wires need to receive 12v when the pedals are pressed.
Glow plug switch (see photos) - 72"
Oil pressure and coolant temp signal wires - 72"
Green/White stripe wire is oil pressure.
White/Brown stripe and Purple wires are coolant temp.
Connect these wires to the oil pressure and coolant temperature gauges (See photos).
TACHOMETER:
The Brown/yellow stripe wire is Tachometer signal.
Alternator Exciter wire - 72"
This is the Blue/white Stripe wire. Connect this wire to the battery warning lamp.
Cruise control Wires(Optional)- 72"
Yellow/Red stripe wire is 12V power for the cruise switch.
White/Blue Stripe wire is Vehicle Speed Input. Connect this wire to the vehicle speed sensor (Signal converter may be required).
White wire comes from ECU pin 46 and goes to cruise switch.
Blue wire comes from ECU pin 45 and goes to cruise switch.
Black/White stripe wire comes from ECU pin 14 and goes to cruise switch.
Yellow/Orange stripe wire comes from ECU pin 44 and goes to cruise switch.
CRUISE CONTROL WIRING DIAGRAM WILL BE INCLUDED.
IGNITION POWER WIRE - 72"
This is the Bare YELLOW wire(see photos).
Connect this wire to the Ignition switch.
This wire needs 12V while the key is the in run and start position.
Main Battery Power cable - 36"
This is the large red cable with copper eyelet.
Connect this wire to the positive battery terminal or power distribution box with the included 60 Amp fuse.
Ground Cable - 36"
This is the large Black cable with copper eyelet. Connect this wire to a clean ground or the negative battery terminal.
This TDI Swap Harness CAN be used on engines with the 2003 (D) style #3 injector plug by using one of our Adapters.
These harnesses are made with %100 copper TXL high temp automotive wire.
